Presented with the challenge: How could we go beyond a guide and generate new digital tools to improve the experience of those who visit Madrid and turn them into true travellers, living an authentic and memorable adventure? We created EsPass, a mobile app allowing tourists and travellers to leave a positive impact through experiences in Madrid.
